I hired David Walk to write a Last Will & Testament, Living Will, and Power of Attorney for me, and I’m very happy with the experience. Mr. Walk was patient and listened well to what I wanted, and he did a good job explaining legal terms in a simple way (this was important to me, because English is my second language). He never made me feel like he had more important things to do, and he made sure I was completely happy with the final draft. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAWYER(David Walk). He will just take your money and act like he is “doing his best” charge you for pretty much everything and sell the fact that “though he may not have much experience, his law firm has many experienced lawyers so it is like you are paying for all the lawyers for the price of one”. Ladies and Gentlemen this individual here lost a case to a pro se “high school” graduate, that knew about absolutely nothing (which should have been a easy case) almost costing me to lose my child. Thank god I found a real lawyer who turned things around for me and now I have custody of my child no thanks to Mr. Walk who I paid almost $10K for pretty much something I was better off doing on my own. Again DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
