Each year, we accept a limited number of cases from hundreds of people who ask us to represent them. We are not a “mill” law firm & our paralegals & assistants do not negotiate our cases. Fewer cases mean more time for you and, we believe, better results overall. This is the only review you need to read! Being injured was a very stressful time and I was lolled into thinking workers comp was going to help me that changed when they decided to find a way to drop me. I had sustained a serious injury to my right wrist, arm and shoulder and it turned into an ongoing permanent partial disability. I was in constant pain, suffered from depression and inability to sleep due to as the stress and pain. Corey Walker and his team were the best choice I have ever made as from the first phone call to the initial first meeting, I knew I was in the best of care. When I did call or email and they were always quick to respond and take action whether it be a simple question or needing to get an approval for a new medication or treatment. When you call, you will never hear, “Let me call you back or can you remind me again what your case is about?” It may have taken 3 and 1/2 years but I am extremely satisfied with the final outcome of my case. I am able to get the ongoing treatment as needed and continue to work to the best of my capabilities. I can assure you this is the only review you will need to make your “best” decision.

In all honesty I had a lawyer that was going to take my case, however after a few weeks of not returning my calls, I chose to look elsewhere. Upon a Google search I came across this agency, gave the secretary a quick summary of what I needed and was directed to Erik Bair. In no time he took my case after explaining everything in detail and the possible outcomes. He worked with me keeping me updated as much as possible and walked me through all the paperwork. If I had a question it was answered. Needed help? He was there. I couldn’t have been given a better person to represent me and help me with my case. I felt extremely well taken care of and just knew this guy was a professional. It is slightly disappointing that our case has been settled so we must part ways.
