My mom recently passed after drafting a will with this firm. They’ve refused to get back with us after months of no return calls. Each time we’ve called, they said they’ll get back to us and then don’t. Her wishes are very important to us, and it’s pretty awful that as little time as it would take to finish what we need done isn’t worth it. After losing a mom, we shouldn’t have to fight with a law firm, too.

EDIT After Business Response: I did intend to review WMP&J in Sterling, IL. I Called today again and was forced to leave a voicemail. Something else to note, I prefer to work with a firm where I have direct contact with my lawyer. WMPJ processes work in a way that your attorney is the last person you would talk with, almost as a last resort.
