Gave it another week, spoke to Mr. Smith’s assistant and she explained they had some computer issues and some things happened so they were behind and she would call back and let me know what was going on. Ok, no biggie. We are now sitting 8 weeks later… I’ve called several times and left several messages with no response. If they couldn’t handle the case load then they should have just said so and not wasted my time and the other parties involved time.
