I’ll start with the worst. She let an unanswered temporary parenting plan sit at the court house, unsigned, for months. I had told her I wanted to agree to the plan and she neglected to submit my answer. She said something about it being bad strategy to agree to another attorney’s agreement and that she would make some changes and answer, but she never did. When my ex did take off with our infant son to another state, refusing to say where they were or when they would be back, there was nothing I could do about it. Her insane disorganization has real, detrimental consequences.

We probably paid $1,000 in just getting updates over 18 months and another $1,000 reminding her of the case details! She talks a big talk and has no backbone in the courtroom. We paid her to resolve a clear-cut violation of parenting plan (Complete softball) and she blew it! DO NOT ROLL THE DICE ON HIRING HER! There’s so many things I would like to say. She was not my attorney thank goodness but my soon to be ex husband’s. I am glad she wasn’t my attorney. Was not forthcoming with the information that I needed to get my divorce done in a timely manner. But from what I understand from other people that had her as an attorney this is very typical of her.
