I would give zero stars. I got roped into giving them my social security number. Now I find out that they have no record of ever receiving it. I’m starting to wonder if this company is a scam? No one knows anything they hand you off to new people every time you call. Every time I got a call it’s from someone new. I’m still a client. But worse customer service. It’s like talking to a wall.
