We also look at the best way to structure your beneficiary designations on your RRSPs, Life insurance, and other accounts. I then help you put in place Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements that best serve and protect you should you need some help managing your finances or healthcare decisions at any point. Our experience with Deborah at Wellspring Wills and Estate Planning was incredible. Deborah took so much time (far more than we expected) to go through each of our planning wishes, explain our options in great detail, and help us navigate the complex world of building a will and an estate plan.
