The staff from Day 1 until a current visit today has consistently gone above and beyond to provide a comfortable relaxing environment and outstanding treatment. It is not your normal dentist office but an experience where appointments are always greeted with pleasure and never a backed up waiting room because of a well organized group of professionals running it. Sounds odd but very true that it is always a pleasure leaving after going for treatment plan or routine checkup. Anyone such as myself that had stopped going to dentist routinely though pandemic or otherwise should make the easy decision to start a new relationship with professionals at this group.To the staff I’m very thankful and please keep up the outstanding work because it is noticed.

Dr. Martin and his staff are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable. The facilities are beautiful both inside and out . I’ve never had a bad experience here. Would highly recommend Westermeier Martin to anyone looking for honest , knowledgeable, and kind dentists and dental assistants who treat their patients with compassion and respect. They are honest about dental work and will not rip you off ( unlike the high profile dentist in Amherst that I had previously been to). Westermeier Martin have integrity and class.

For the first time in my life I broke a tooth. The morning of the appointment I was very nervous. Then I reminded myself that I’ve never been in pain at Westermeier Martin Dental Care. They have always taken good care of me.Dr. Alex did a fantastic job repairing my tooth that day. I actually said to him when he finished, You made me smile today! Amazing service and staff. Dr. Ehlers and Brittney were beyond comforting and professional with my crown. I even went home with my permanent crown the same day, no waiting. Wonderful place! Everybody is especially nice and friendly. My hygienist was thorough and explained every step of what she was doing. I met Dr. Martin and he seems like a very caring and knowledgeable man. Leah was my hygienist and she is very sweet and extremely knowledgeable and professional.I haven’t been to a dentist in 8 years because of some bad past experiences but I’m back and I love my new dentist office!

I typically love westermeier martin dental. but very frustrated and not terribly happy how it was handled. When I had my last cleaning In June I booked my next one for 6 months. Wrote it on the calendar. 6 months passes and they have no record of this December appointment. You must not have made one. And they are booked out until April. No apology, no attempt to get me in sooner, or offer to call if someone cancels. It’s my fault, even though I booked it while I sat in the damn chair. Very frustrated

Everybody there is so nice and so kind and so helpful. I have a brain injury and im pre-diabetic. The staff was so nice that even gave me something to drink so that I could stop shaking. They have excellent customer service excellent communication and very good at their job and take great care of their patients. I would recommend this dental office to anybody. It’s honestly one of the best dentist offices I’ve ever been to. It was quite pleasant experience.

Clinical staff were wonderful. Leah was pleasant and professional. And the dentist was fine. Scott, Jeff and the hygienist have always been wonderful.Did not like the “new checkout rules,” or the women who checked me out. For many years my wife and I relied on Scott and his team to handle the insurance and any balances and we never paid up front. We went to this system because the one they had was horrible. It seems the new owners are going back to the old system. No advanced notice and when I was told of the change as I was checking out the the women was dismissive and condescending. As I told her, this is not about money but convenience.I was clear and asked her to tell the new owners that if these new rules are once again a pain for me I will find a new dentist. Scott is the reason I went to this office to begin with and I also like Jeff. Scott seems retired and Jeff not around as much. I am struggling to find a reason to stay and your new rules are not helping.John Mineo
