Critical: Professionalism, QualityRecently had to deal with this office after I was fraudulently charged with a bank execution against my accounts. Rather than admitting their wrongdoing, they insisted that I was the one in the wrong even when presented with multiple pieces of evidence proving this fact. Elsie (Ellie?) was hostile from the get-go and overall rude and deceitful. Recently had to deal with this office after I was fraudulently charged with a bank execution against my accounts. Rather than admitting their wrongdoing, they insisted that I was the one in the wrong even when presented with multiple pieces of evidence proving this fact. Elsie (Ellie?) was hostile from the get-go and overall rude and deceitful.
