In May of 2020 I was in a car accident where another driver pulled out infront of me and I hit them. It totaled my car completely and created major back problems. I decided to call William Mattar because I was injured and it changed the course of my life. I was at a job where I was set to go into nursing school and have it completely paid for. I had to quit this job completely because my back was very bad. I then had to find a new career path that would not cause so much pain. The staff at this office is amazing. They have helped me through the entire law suit and answered every single question I had. Everytime I spoke with someone I was left satisfied. It took some time for the case to close but it was so worth it. I did not have to do much, Brendan was amazing and did all of the work for me. The staff were in constant contact with me and helped me understand my case completely! If you were hurt in a car you definitely should call William Mattar because I promise you they will do everything they can to help! Thank you so much to all of the staff at this office! When I was in my accident, I was lost as to who to call. I remembered those commercials – hurt in a car … and called. Most places that I contacted, would not give me the time of day. I believe looking back it was due to the limited insurance policy. But this office was all about working with me. Megan surely has had to put up with a lot from me over the last year or so but she did it so lovingly. I’m thankful. They have been honest and forthcoming from the start. I wanted to know all these things … after being in an accident and having your life thrown upside down, the only thing you grasp at is some sort of control. And while I so desperately wanted to have questions answered, they never sugar coated a thing. Thankfully. I was always aware that things could take time, to focus on healing and things of that nature. They made this crazy process bearable. I rested knowing they were on top of things. If I had questions, I felt comfortable asking and they responded quickly. I waited until the end of my experience to write my review. They have been the same constant support from day one until today – no wavering. 5 stars. Don’t throw your time away searching elsewhere. Give them a call and then find comfort in the process that they have it while you are healing.
