Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValuePaid them 4,000 down to do my waiver took them 3 years to get anything done .. After the waiver was approved paid them another $500.. ((our contract was $5500. .)) But sadly we never heard from them again. They started ignoring phone calls, emails. Not mention the many times they moved offices losing my paperwork’s , tax documents etc and I had to take it back up there because it somehow got lost. Oh and we’ve been waiting forever to hear from NVC for a visa appointment because that’s what was left to do come to find out when I called the visa center CRAIG or William or their “helpers” never sent anything to the NVC. Like they had nothing!!! There’s the proof of the lost paperwork smh!! Never use them!! They are scammers they will take your money and expect for you to keep paying them for their lousy unprofessional service. They don’t even deserve one star! Hire an attorney who will at the very least, respond to you and give you updates on your case.Once they got my money, these guys ghosted me faster than the fake Nigerian princes ghost their victims.Every time I reach out, it’s always a different person handling my case. For two weeks now, I’ve been waiting on a response from them. Still nothing. The saddest part is that this isn’t new behavior. I’ve been stuck with them for five years now and I’ve regretted it since day 1.My priority date is now current. One would imagine that my immigration lawyer would be on top of things, and in communication with me about my case. Nope!—Update: just had a call from the firm after I sent ANOTHER email to everyone asking for an update. During the call, Briian (married to William Velie/owner) was professional enough to curse, insult a former employee (who they put on my case), state incorrect facts about me/my case, and get upset when I tried to correct her, and hang up. Keep in mind that she talked (at me) for 6 minutes, during the 7 minute call, mostly about the problems she’s facing.The staff is mediocre at best, and are professional scammers: they charge you a price up front, which you pay, and then suddenly, years later, they claim you were not charged for the full process and tell you that you’ve to pay, again.
