Truth is i know of people who had been in worse scenarios and their lawyers have been able to drom most of their F charges. For me he did little to nothing! Save your money and find a better lawyer.

Mistakes are made, but they don’t define who you are as a human being. Sometimes failure is necessary in order to reset and guide you to greater things. I never believed that, until I found myself facing a DUI. One night, and my whole life changed. I was never in trouble before and was scared because I didn’t know what to expect. I did some research and Willingham Law Firm was my choice. Immediately, I knew that I made the right decision because David was patient and explained everything to me. He gave me encouragement during one of the most trying times in my life. He did not sugar coat my situation, but he gave me great advice on what to expect and navigation through the process. The confidence that he instilled in me during that time is immeasurable. 10 stars! Mr. willingham told me from the get go that no news was good news. I won’t go into any detail about my cases I used him for but they were not pretty AT ALL! However, Mr. Willingham was completely accurate with what I would receive and sent letter for appeal of my license in a timely matter. I did have two different cases I used him for and I took his advice and got all of my stuff done before I went to court. I knew that if I didn’t hear from him it was okay because when the time came he showed up and showed out. I am so grateful for this experience in my life because I am NOT the same person I was then. I never felt like he judged me and he definitely knows this stuff like the back of his hand. His assistant Natalie always responds fast and is super sweet. I highly recommend!

Once he has your money forget about it! Competent lawyer, yes… But he’ll become less and less available as the time goes on. And just wait and see how the screening process goes calling his office. Each time I talked to him I had to re-go-over my case and remind him of the facts. Hopefully I’ll never need a lawyer again, but if I do, it will not be Mr. Willingham.

My family hired Mr Willing ham to handle a case for me. He was reffered to us by a law firm we have used before in the past. Our intial interview wnt well. He spoke of how he could get tjis and that thrown out and reduced. Everything went well until he got paid. Once he recieved payment Mr Willingham did the absolute minimum. He disnt rwturn phone calls. He basically sild ne out to what the state wanted to do. I feel that i would have been better represented by a public defender…or a legal aid for that matter if that was possible. Pleae do ypurself a favor and dont waste your money.
