I have had business transaction as a client of this firm three times in fifteen years. It has never been a smooth encounter. This time they Fumbled a Real Estate Closing. Everything was signed, except for one tiny error. They could not wire the money!!! If we had been advised up front, it might, … it just might have been understandable. Otherwise, to the Seller, a shocking revelation. Two essential things must cross the table in opposite direction to close a R E transaction, title and money. No money, no deal. We spent more time signing waivers to waive or be advised that the law firm, title company and real estate firm all had common ownership. With that kind of efficiency, and economy of scale, one would think closing costs from the three entities would be more … reasonable. Nope! Certainly know advantage to the seller or buyer. Seriously, a closing and then 24 hours of confusion and mumbled excuses before money transferred.Stumning. Sort of a “dog ate my homework” excuse and absolutely no apology or acknowledgement from the firm, only “ignotum per ignotus” was offered. The other bumps in business dealings with this firm were actually worse than this. My experience has not been good with WDP. What is the phrase, “Caveat Emptor” the buyer of this firms services should, in fact, beware.

We used this firm for a sale of land. The employees handled the sale with ease and made both parties feel comfortable and welcomed.
