Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called this law firm and made an appointment for a free Consultation. They only had time available during the day and I work during the day. I took about an hour from my job and drove to the meeting. I arrive10min early just so I don’t waste their time. When I arrive I was greeted at a bare minimum that is required for their job. I took a seat and waited patiently. The time for my appointment arrived and no one approached me, the person I came to see was no where to be found. I thought maybe they are running behind. So I waited until 10min. Past my appointment time. I thought that was very rude for them to be this late. For our appointment. I went to talk to the. Receptionist lady and when I talk to her I explained to her that I have to get back to work I took time off to come to this meeting what’s going on or she said was okay okay and then would you like to reschedule. no apologizing for wasting my time it was mostly okay as I explain it to her what’s the situation is.
