Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis man is harassing me and MY son for his client. He has his client call me to ask me to put my job on the line for a deadbeat who only been in his childs life for 12 weeks. Brent did a wonderful job on my husbands case. I couldn’t be more pleased or satisfied. He put in a lot of hard work and endless hours. He always made him self available to talk, answered all emails and calls very promptly. He met with my husband outside office hours to help him not have to take as much time off work. Very professional. He got with me on weekends because of my schedule. Also had a few phone meetings. He went above and beyond. Made me feel real comfortable in a difficult custody situation. At the end of it all, “WE” got what I felt was the best for my child. I said we because he really includes you in what’s going on and what happens next. He was always a step ahead. We lost my brother in September 2020.. He had custody paperwork started for his son thru Mr Winterberg. After his sudden passing we reached out and had take over the custodial case for the child. Mr winterberg has been so amazing, working with us, explaining everything to us step by step. He has been such a big help with us to move past this tragedy and to keep my brothers little one with us. Because it is in the best interest of this child. Very very pleased with mr Winterberg such a great understanding man, easy to talk to and ask questions. He even stayed in contact with me thru email one weekend, which was his time off to help us with our case and situation. I have used Brent on more than one occasion. He is not a part of a large practice so he is not overwhelmed with clients. He can be very knowledgeable.
