Kevin took over our lawsuit when our attorney went ill, we are very thankful he did. He worked hard every hour of every day to get caught up on a two year old case just a couple weeks before trial. I hired this man for 2 things, an estate case and a property case. Breach of confidentiality was the least of his crimes against me. He was not even working for me but he went out of his way to work against me. I found out after I lost my cases [ where there was actually criminal involvement by the opposing party[a family member] that Wistrom was friends with the Property case attorney and then shortly after I hired Wistrom he became friends with the Estate Case attorney and helped this attorney work against ME!!!!. I was in shock and still am. I wondered ‘Why” would this man do something like this. So I did a criminal check on Wistrom and found out he was a convicted criminal hanging on to his job by the skin of his teeth. Shame on me for not doing a background check before hiring him and for not reading google reviews. A lesson well learned. I will be teaming up with the Attorney Grievance Committee very soon to get some justice.

We hired Mr. Wistrom as recommendation from another attorney and very glad we did. This was a long business lease violation case that took over 2.5 year and is still on going. Mr Wistrom has worked very hard doing hours and hours of research to win this case. Mr Wistrom took over our case from another attorney due to that attorney retiring due to health complications. He spent long hours getting up to date on the case before our trial started. Mr Wistrom is direct and to the point. He will tell you if you have a case or not. He works all through the night to win your case for you. After a long trial we ended up winning, Mr Wistrom worked hard when the losing party filed an appeal. Mr Wistrom was professional, and hard working to ensure we won this case. After the appeal decision came out and we still won on appeal he has continued to be hard to collect from the party. We couldn’t appreciate Mr Wistroms hard work on our case. He is available day and night with questions and concerns. We will be hiring him for all our future concerns we may have.
