I find Mr. Cornelio Luna Umali (or Neil Umali) very unprofessional in his soliciting or repeated attempts to make sales of a life-insurance/security product to me despite my clear expression that I did not want to purchase it. I felt very uncomfortable with his soliciting. He also told me that I should introduce my colleagues to him so that he can introduce his financial goods or products to my colleagues. This is also very inappropriate. I don’t know what makes him think that I would or should introduce my colleagues to him. Neil Umali really needs to learn to distinguish what is professionally appropriate and inappropriate.

Highly recommending Neil Umali with the WFG!!! He was extremely personable & understanding. He helped explain insurance to my wife and I in ways we could understand while our kids tormented the poor guy. He even went above and beyond to introduce us to other professionals like a mortgage lender who is also great!
