I would highly recommend Lori Wurtzel for any legal need. She’s tough, compassionate and thorough, and makesyou feel like you’re in good hands. I can say from experience that she has her clients’ best interests at heart and gets the results they need. My case was initially outside of her comfort zone but she did the research and came across as having done the same thing hundreds of times before. She’s very professional and very dedicated!

I hired Mr. Wurtzel to represent a friend of mine. Mr. Wurtzel was recommended by a dear friend of many years, who was also an attorney (now a circuit court judge) in Orange County Florida, but does not specialize in criminal law. Mr. Wurtzel was quick to return my phone call, despite the fact that I phoned him on a Saturday. Mr. Wurtzel is very knowledgable, and appears to have a good relationship with the prosecuting attorneys. He was able to get some very serious charges reduced to a sentence that only included probation. I found his fees to be very reasonable, particularly given the seriousness of the alleged crimes committed. Recently I was put into the situation of needing a lawyer for my husbands violation of probation. I was lost. I called several lawyers in Siminole County, none of which seemed to care about anything other than the down payment. When I spoke with Mr. Ben, he first explained the process and options we had and after I gained understanding I felt much better. He seemed to genuinely care about my family. I know he cared. He went above and beyond for us. I stayed informed the entire process without ever having to ask. He never made me feel bad for asking questions that were probably silly questions and kept my husband (who was incarcerated) informed and positive through it all.
