I met Justin when he assisted another lawyer in my divorce case. Regrettably, issues with my ex husband continued after the divorce and I hired Justin to help me through those issues. He is personable while being no nonsense and direct. His fees are reasonable compared to other attorneys of his caliber. We went to mediation together and he guided me through the process. I messed myself over by not hiring Justin sooner and trying to handle some things myself. He initially trained the 2nd lawyer my ex husband hired when she started practicing law and he knew things she didn’t know and that was beneficial to me. He won a Motion for Contempt my ex husband filed against me when he was with his first lawyer.

DONT HIRE HIM FOR ANYTHING!!! You are better off fighting for yourself. Justin talked a big game in his office and went to court and didn’t fight one bit! I gave him a heads up on what the defendant could use and he acted surprise when he seen exactly what I said he would. Yes he took my case last minute but again I was better off on my own. He’s more worried about being friendly with the defendants than putting up a good fight. He takes the easy way out of everything. Hopefully I never need another lawyer but if I do I know not to hire him!!! The reviews were right! He will take your money and not do what he says!

People don’t post awful reviews for no reason. He’s a very, very poor communicator. He makes false promises, you can’t believe what he tells you. He says things and later denies his own words. He failed to fight for me at all. I called him to make our final payment and we discussed me finally paying him off; he later surprised me with a lien against my property, without ever having even given me any kind of bill or notice beforehand. I got no breakdown of new charges. I had never missed a single payment and would have paid him, the lien was entirely unnecessary!!! I had to call family to help me immediately pay him because he took out the lien with zero warning. He is not a nice guy, and he is not a good lawyer to make up for the poor character. He acts like he’s on the side of the other party!!

Life changing!!!! Mr. Wyatt was recommended to me, by a dear friend, in the midst of a very high conflict custody battle. I chose to hire him as my new counsel after walking into his office. Do not Hire this guy Justin he is a fraud taking people money and stole documents from customers file and refused to return them.Cobb County Court accept a fraud like that working in the court room. I don’t have any fate in Georgia court system. I never Google him it’s now that I realize 90% people in there are complaining about him with bad faith services. God will judge you!!!!
