Critical: Professionalism
Very unprofessional, went to them for their service on purchasing of new building. Mr. Yang is so unprepared with his work, literally reads over the contract on the day of signing. When you ask him a couple of questions, he’s gets up from his chair and ready to leave. His staff is more professional then he is.

I had Mr. Yang to handle a deal in purchasing a condo, at the closing date, he raise his fee because he forgot to charge me before. After he got your fee deposit, then his office just sit there and wait for the thing to happen naturally, they will not do anything to follow up, of course they will not stand behind you and protect your right in the whole dealing process.
