These Courts must not be part of a real Justice system since their out just to get more money out of the middle class. They drop your original speeding ticket and offer you a parking ticket fine of $500 or higher and also scare you by saying if you take to trial it will be more expensive around $900-$1000. I’m stating this as I was wrongly pulled over by State police instead of the actual BMW that was actually speeding but since I couldn’t drive away faster than the BMW. Who’s policing the police or the courts? ♂️ ♂️

I appreciate the offer made for my violation. A very quick and easy experience. I spent little over an hour and didn’t pay a hefty fine. Be aware of the sleazy lawyers lurking around outside the courtroom. You can get the same plea deal for your traffic violation during the pre-trial conference without paying $300 for an attorney to represent you.

I’m required to pay a $250 fee to get a new court date even though I was never sent a letter containing my court date. I was patiently waiting for the letter in the mail but the only thing that showed up was a license suspension notice for missing a court date I was never sent. Unbelievably rediculous. I have never had this problem with any other local justice systems.

This place have no space for parking, instead they have all that empty space , even though you pay you could still get a ticket inside the parking lot, it was may case. It Get there it’s was crowded it, and they have this sign that they are not responsible for theft and damages , lol in a court parking lot there a lot o reserved spaces that are always empty, there not attendant, but there is for you lose, parking enforcement, it’s just another way to ripoff people. By paying parking lot and on top of that,a extra ticket that It could be over 125 dollars

Horrible… city of Yonkers is forcing me to pay a Ticket that was applied to my car which was stolen from UTAH and drove to NY. I sent copies of police report and still court is saying that I’m found guilty. I haven’t been to NY since 2015.
