The lady that answers the phone the court clerk kaseithia hawitt is rude. She don’t know how to talk to people. You don’t know what type of day someone is having it’s already difficult dealing with court cases. For people that work there to answer the phone in a rude manner is disrespectful, then you hang up on that person. RUDE RUDE RUDE. If you don’t like your job change it. You are working with people in the court house for that matter. Why should anyone have to deal with a disrespectful clerk. This is why people in the world get hurt. Learn to talk to people with respect. I will do everything in my power to keep reporting her until I leave this county. Give respect al all times it’s ok to be kind. Especially in your field where people are dealing with stressful situations. Shame on you lady. You need to be fired.

Every time I have to call this court either I get hung up on or dismissed ! Why can you just get my file number and answer my question . If I could check my file number using your system I would not be calling. Even more frustrated because I’m out of state , is not like I can take a cab or the bus there !

I have experienced Yonkers Family court before they moved to this location. It saddens me that when calling for a question, no one picks up the phone. I found that calling White Plains, family court, is the best way to go. They are very helpful and answer the phones.

Sad to say but Yonkers Family Court needs to be done away with… there are less than a handful of judges that actually do the true and honest work of a judge… the rest are affiliated with crooks and let abusers get away with every and anything. We have children being murdered by the parents that are being given chance after chance when the signs are completely present… What is going to be done after that happens? NOTHING!!!! Judge Hahn was a God send who actually did her job and I couldn’t be more appreciative of her being fair and actually taking facts into consideration… FACTS SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED… If a parent is dangerous, then that needs to be taken into consideration. As far as the phone situation, you will NEVER get a live person with the main number. I called everyday for a month and nothing. I then came across another review who stated that she contacted another court and they assisted her so I followed suite. I cannot thank the receptionist who answers the phone for Support in White Plains, you are the most awesome helpful worker within a Westchester Court system and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help. Yonkers Family could learn ALOT from the example that you guys are setting.

If I could give negative stars I would. The man at the window from the family court section was some old Jewish guy very rude just horrible service he stops you on the middle of the question and then yells at you on the microphone just disgusting service. He doesn’t have manners as he shuts you up…Horrible horrible service such a shame nice building, but rude disrespectful workers in there they need to hire new staff ex: younger workers or less hard headed old people that don’t care to help. I’ve tried calling the number listed on their website to reach a court clerk for weeks with no answer. The voicemail box isn’t even set up and I have yet to reach a live human being.

Poor help center. This place can not be reached by phone. No one answers and no one calls you back once you have been in court. I have to keep driving there just to ask a question. This is beyond ridiculous.
