Brandi Yosten is a very hard nosed attorney. After hiring her, it became apparent that she was more costly than other attorneys and wouldnt push for the things that I asked her to. She is relatively new to individual practice and I feel is more concerned about her reputation at this point than the needs of her clients. I could have gotten a much more experienced attorney for the price than I got with Ms. Yosten. I spent over $6k in a family law settlement and she repeatedly refused to file for temporary custody. Then I come to get a bill from her for another $4k and she never spent more than 15 minutes in a courtroom to represent me. I’m horribly let down by Brandi Yosten. If you want to feel belittled in your case and spend much more money than you should have, then choose her. Now I’ll be fighting against her as I do not feel she the additional fees were warranted. Just more headaches when all I want is to be a father to my son.
