Yunus M. Paisner was referred to me by ARAG legal insurance. Yunus was the 3rd attorney I had spoken to for my auto vehicle accident where I was rear-ended. The other attorneys before Yunus did not provide the same level of customer service that Yunus and his associates gave to me! Critical: ValueI called his office after knowing him from his presentation and visit to San Diego and believed him to be someone trying to help the community. I spoke to someone named Jawad on call. He sent me a form which asked for my details and asked me to right away pay $250 if I want to speak to Yunus (even for a second) for an hour video call. Not something I expected (the business/money approach) as I had some questions to address him regarding immigration. I wanted to hear from him if he can provide me a solution for it. If he could help me I was willing to pay even more. If he cannot help me, then why should I pay him? to address my question to him? With tons of attorneys having courtesy to provide minimum consultation to know what the case is at the first place, the person told me Yunus himself doesn’t talk before payment let me disappointed.
