I had the pleasure of working with Zare in April 2022 when I was trying to purchase a condo in Jersey. I would like to add when we first spoke he wasn’t as attentive as I thought he should be, but we had one conversation and it changed. He was very attentive afterwards and he also explained to me that he had other clients and would now respond to me in a timely manner. it was great from there he was patient with me explained the Atty review to me and advise on what to do. We went back and forth on the Atty review and he put in a amendment that was very detrimental in helping me get my deposit back after the seller had major repairs. I would definitely use him again and when I do find my home I will be calling him.
