My mother hired them and we changed our mind right away, no work was ever done on my case, but no refund for 2 months later and they kept $1000 per contract they automatically keep $1000. I hired at the end of April and ended up hiring another attorney in July because Caitlin wasn’t fighting for us like she said she would. We got the impression that she was intimidated by opposing counsel. Caitlin never once talked to my son her “client” and now that we want a refund I’m given the runaround saying I’m not the “client” but I’m the one that paid and the one who signed the contract. I was told my son the so called client had to call to request the refund and he did but again we have yet to receive anything. It’s the same thing over and over that the owner Jenny is either out on vacation or lunch but that an email has been sent to her and you’ll get your check the next day.
