Not only was he understanding of the situation but was able to clearly explain the process that their attorney group would go through as we dealt with my health issues. I did not have to worry about the financial aspect while I focused on recovery. Although the process took about 6 months to fully be over and done with, I was able to emerge without adding any money to my debt, even though the hospital and recovery bills were substantial.I am glad that I didn’t go with the “slip and fall” attorneys you see advertised on television, I feel like the service and professionalism was better than expected.
