I see all of the these good reviews and wonder what kind biases/prejudices they have against my family. My mom and aunt have had to do a lot of the foot work on their case and anything they didn’t do, just didn’t get done. Rader also kept “losing” documents and couldn’t be bothered to keep in communication with them. It’s frustrating and sad to see. He sure didn’t do his best with the estate. He didn’t work to do what was best for my mom and aunt. Really, we would never recommend this place for anyone except maybe if they were a certain type of person that would normally be catered to. (If you know, you know.) We finally had our last court date he didn’t show or join by call or have a representative.

I think they have a great service helping people with estate planning needs. No high pressure tactics and take time answering questions about individual needs. Having legal help when addressing such important subjects is valuable but the prices they charge are very reasonable.

Could not recommend highly enough. After having children, aquiring new properties and opening a small business, we were overdue on updating our living trust and protecting our business and assets. We sought them out to do this and got quite an education in the process, learning that our previous will was basically worthless and the reasons why. We.established a living trust in 1999. It was the best decision my wife and I made with regards to our net worth and our loved ones. NO PROBATE. Saves our estate for each other and then our children all while keeping the government out of the estates pockets. That means more for our heirs. We worked hard of our wealth and Anderson, Dorn and Rader helped. Additionally, we get 1.5 hours every three years to ensure the Living Trust is up to date. That saves about $500. The money for the trust was money well spent. Your heirs will be in good hands.

Critical: ProfessionalismPlease take extreme cautions at this time when visiting this law firms’ offices and/or seminars. This law firm held a Sand Harbor day at the beach on Friday, July 10th. A staff member stated there were 40 of her coworkers in attendance in addition to herself. I am a resident at Tahoe and there is a current surge in the area. During the pandemic, I have not observed the level of carelessness that I observed from this firm. In addition to the employees there appeared to be a large number of children and extended family in attendance. I observed only two people wearing masks, no social distancing was practiced. No hand sanitizer was seen for a 4 hour period of time. No safety precautions appeared to be in place when visiting public areas. This behavior came within days of the governor’s mandate and pleas to follow precautions, so that we could keep our economy open. I would question a law firm that demonstrated this type of poor judgment during a pandemic. A considerable amount of unnecessary risk was taken that could impact many lives and other people’s livelihoods.Please take extreme cautions at this time when visiting this law firms’ offices and/or seminars. Their communication is non existent. I have had the worst year of my life since my husband died and ADR has been the BIGGEST source of frustration and expense. I DO NOT recommend them AT ALL FOR ANYTHING!!!
