Worst law firm by far that I have ever dealt with. I got into a traumatic car accident back in 2021 with serious injuries. Carter Mario never sent me for any treatment. I called to tell them after every appointment what was going on(after my primary care doctor had to refer me) I switched lawyers as I was VERY dissatisfied and come to find out Carter Mario never ordered my medical records and Didn’t hve any of them. They also took my husbands case as well and lied to me about making a demand to the insurance company(I was a paralegal I know the insurance company has 30 days to respond to a demand and I was blatantly lied to when I called 3 months later for status.) they never called me to check on how I was doing and never made contact. I spoke to them 3 times in the year they had my case and I had to call every time. I will never use this firm again and don’t recommend any one else does either.
