We have been incredibly impressed with Scott and his team at Best and Best PLLC. Have been working closely together now for the past few years and they consistently deliver on time, on budget and at the highest professional quality. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueTerrible experience on closing 2 re fi’s on 8/28/20. Made mistakes on both closing statements that I pointed out prior to signing. He promised he would take care of it after closing and send me the monetary difference. After he took my money, he can’t be reached by email or phone. Been trying for weeks and so has the NC State Employees Credit Union mortgage broker who sent me to him. Today I tried to call again to allow him the chance to communicate and make things right. All I got was a message saying “Mailbox is full, cannot accept new messages” He will take your money and be all friendly at closing and then ghost you so he has time to take the next person’s money. Terrible experience on closing 2 re fi’s on 8/28/20. Made mistakes on both closing statements that I pointed out prior to signing. He promised he would take care of it after closing and send me the monetary difference. After he took my money, he can’t be reached by email or phone.
