Would not motion a conflict of interest to swap court houses because clearly the where conflicts. I had been asking for a motion for three to four mouths and not once did my lawyer call me or discuss change venue with me. The elder lawyer had acturaly seen some of the things leading up to my charges first hand, but yet would not allow his son to properly defend me because he was friends with opposing side and there refused to motion to change court house.Very discriminate, will not talk to you as a normal human beging. Would not motion a conflict of interest to swap court houses because clearly the where conflicts.
