Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueMy husband and I have been using Eco-Tax since 2014. Initially we started using them because we were paying for someone to file his business tax return anyway and Eco-Tax gave us a better offer on a sales call. I was reluctant to say yes on the call but I was also starting my own business and it was a good deal so I figured we might as well give them a try. We initially hired them to do our personal and business returns. Over the years, we have been pleasantly surprised with their services and started using their payroll services as well. During COVID-19, they have and continue to send out newsletters that are incredibly well written and informative about what tax benefits we may be eligible for as well as how and when to apply. They have assisted us tremendously with getting financial help during this difficult time and have gone WAYYY above the call of duty. I have highly recommended them to my family and friends, who have also been very happy with their services. We are so glad to have them on our side.
