I can’t think Carol Brent enough for the excellent work she provided for me as my attorney. My very initial phone call with Carol I was very impressed.She took the time to explain and answered any questions within 24 hours. She never appeared to be annoyed if I had questions. I knew she was the right attorney before I even hired her due to her professionalism and honesty. I immediately knew that she took her job seriously. It was evident by her tremendous dedication, compassion and her expertise in reviewing specific details regarding my case.Additionally, Carol explains from the beginning the whole process and what to expect based on her perspective. She always keeps you up-to-date and will send you any documentation such as forms that she needs completed and she always includes a self enclosed envelope and she makes it easy ,because she highlights specifically what needs to be signed and returned.Also, she gives minimally two months for your providers to complete the required paperwork that she needs for your individual case.Most important, she keeps in mind that providers are busy as well and therefore sometimes paperwork can become lost or missing. However, Carol does a great job with following up with those certain providers and will continuously request the necessary paperwork until she receives it in her hands.Additionally, she will prepare me you for the day of your hearing and as always will take time toanswer any questions without feeling rushed. Regardless. if I contacted her via telephone or e-mail, she would always get back to me within 24 hours.In Addition, she does a very good job with explaining the process and does her best to avoid making the social security process any more stressful or anxiety provoking. Furthermore, she is direct and respectful and confident and walks you through the whole process.She also emphasizes the importance of advising her clients to keep her up-to-date with any new additional information.Needless to say if I had known Carol Brent previously in my professional career and networking, without a doubt I would have referred her to many of my clients for her expertise with social security cases. I had a SSD claim that I was confident enough to handle my self in 2018. It was denied multiple times, went to a hearing and ultimately denied again. I was on the brink of just giving up. I decided to just call a local law firm specializing in SSD to just ask if its worth pursuing and ran into Brent Law Firm. The google reviews were great so I decided to call. If she told me its not worth pursuing, I was ready to give up, even though I was confident my case was a winner. The reality is, after being denied as many times as I was, I began to just simply believe that I was wrong! Carol looked over my case, called me back and explained to me in very understandable terms how she wanted to help and took my case! It didn’t cost me anything for her to review the case and I was just looking for a confident answer on if I am wrong here or not. Carol was honest about the timeline and she proceeded to get to work, keeping me updated along the way. At the end of it all, she helped me get the appeal overturned! I cant thank her enough. She was honest the whole way through, she listened to me and was very attentive to my concerns. As far as communication, she worked with me through telephone, text or email. She was very flexible and I always felt like I could send her a quick text with a question and get a response in a reasonable amount of time!
