He was always readily available any time I had questions and always kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my case. They know the law and have the experience to get you the best possible result. I was charged in Federal Court and was told that I would have to serve at least ten years. I know I did something wrong, but Mr. Daniel was able to convince the Government that my actions and level of participation were not nearly as bad as the Government was trying to say. I ended up being sentenced to a lot less time than I thought I would, and I was able to stay out and be with my family for a little while before I had to surrender to authorities. I am very glad I chose to have Mr. Daniel represent me. He charged me a very reasonable fee and was always available to talk to when I had questions. I was arrested on a drug case where they charged me with a second-degree felony of manufacturing and delivery. I was facing up to twenty years in prison. To make matters worse, I was in Kerr County.
