I live in Massachusetts and was served a summons for a lawsuit filed in Florida. Searching for Florida lawyer, I ended up with a few names, but David was the only one who seemed genuinely interested in helping. I was very impressed with how quickly he responded to my phone message and continued to be impressed by his quick response time to emails & questions. Instead of asking for a retainer for his services, we worked out a (very reasonable) price for his guidance in the case. The case is pending, but intend on retaining his services when the time comes!
