Contacted Attorney Cousins to represent my family real estate case. After paying the consultation fee and meeting via zoom, we never heard back from Attorney Cousins. After countless emails, phone calls and live messages to the receptionist we never received communication back. This is extremely unprofessional! I wanted to support my Black Community and they let me down! If they could not handle the case, I wish they would have communicated this properly. Then we received another phone call to pay Attorney Cam’s consultation fee. I hate being nickeled and dimed with no results!
