The case overview and objective was sufficient. Focus group members were encouraged to ask questions or raise concerns which were patiently answered. I think that they tried their best to address client issues and work within the framework. There may be some issues that they are polishing up, but it’s clear their heart is in the right place. I would honestly go to them for atleast a brief review, if you need that. They are very thorough and want to know your side of the story and make sure that you are well advocated for. If that’s what you need, then they would most likely do their best to accommodate.
