My husband and I went in to get our taxes done today and we had an appointment with Sabrina Kilmer-Blando (who was highly recommended). We plan to return to her every year. She is warm, welcoming, professional, and makes tax return season less of a drag. Highly recommend her at EG Tax.

I never post reviews, but in this case I feel like I have to. Sabrina Kilmer-Blando assisted me with my return and demonstrated exceptional customer service and leadership . For the past 8 years I’ve always did my reviews on my own, not only did she help me and get my maximum return, she was patient and understanding. I had a 7 o’clock appointment and I was unsure whether I wanted to file separate or married with my spouse, she took the time to go through every aspect of our return to decide together what was the best option for our family. I can say now, I will always go to her and never file myself again. She will make you feel assured and not rushed if you need time to make a decision. The best in my opinion!!! I definitely recommend this EG tax center in west seneca and to request her!

I had an appointment at the Orchard Park, NY office on May 10th 2021. When I got there it was closed. The contact phone number went straight to voicemail. I never got a response. Don’t bother it closed without notifying customers.
