2) Poor Value: Wallowed around for months, refusing to follow-thru on anything other than charging. On the final day to submit, I received an extension by changing to Scott Brown & Brian Coutts of Nuttall, Brown & Coutts, who garnered $200,000 in under a month.
3) Unprofessional: After letting him go for his selfish misconduct, not only did he fail to apologize, but Greg Wall demanded over $30,000 for the nothingness he provided.
4) Unresponsive: Did not show, but called in while I sat in the Salt Lake City courtroom after preparing from home in Ogden. “He had an emergency” was all that was revealed AFTER my arrival, having waited for an extensive period of time.
Seldom accepted calls, but took messages the vast majority of the time. Only called back, or had paralegal call, when repeat requesting paperwork for another charge.
If hiring an attorney, do NOT sign anyretainer until CERTAIN of your choice.View the attorney’s organization skills. Ask how many cases they’re currently working. Require a time-line, and request emailing said paperwork rather than having them print it. And you’ll only be doing yourself a favor in spending a few minutes of researching credentials.1) Poor Quality: Continuously lost paperwork, but charged each time copies were made, often double charging—once triple charged.
