I must have had the “bad” side of the office. Paid for their closing side of the business and not ONE thing went smooth with Michelle. When I would call she never remembered the type of property I was buying (divided parcel). Had to call numerous times to get call back days later, still waiting on a call back to get my insurance documents. Sent the wrong amount to the register which held up my documents even longer. Had told me 2x in December my policy is in the mail, just got my mail again today and only deed was in it. I should have listened to my gut when getting documents written up, she said she would not nor would her firm back me as she didnt not want to lose future business from the sellers realitor. This was not a situation where I was asking for anything illegal but quite the opposite, the realitor/seller where doing some questionable things, which she agreed but did not want to rock the boat. Process took over 4 months with delays from both sides.Dont use them for closing on property. They obviously cant handle taking care of those who pay them for their services.
