I went to the Journal Star office to figure out why I received a phone message that my Journal Star membership was ending. They gave me a number to call. After about 35 minutes on hold I hung up. On my bank statement I saw my paper payment was refunded. I called the number again and after two hours on hold I went to the new office in the Telegraph District. It was locked and said no public entrance. It had a different phone number. I called and quickly it was answered. We figured my bank bill paying system sent my payment to the old address which was now torn down. She gave me the new address.
