Jonathan Howes was an excellent attorney for my son. He returned phone calls, paid attention to details, and worked very hard to help my son get out of the trouble that he was in. Recommended from my Legal Shield Membership. However took 3 years to settle my claim and 4 years to settle my passengers claim “fell off their radar.” I know the attorney was relatively new to the practice only a few years in. Another attorney dropped my other case without notice when I was going for custody. Had a friend with a similar accident use a different law firm and he settled in 1 year and fot 3X the amount I did with similar injuries. Be cautious if you retain Mr. Voeltz.

I retained Mr. Howe for a legal matter. I read reviews which made me contract the above law firm. Although he was very busy, I believe he took time on my case. He took the time to actually speak with the officer(s) that were involved. I can say he was reasonably priced, especially with me being from out of state.

My husband was pulled over for a headlight that was out in Illinois where the police officer informed him he had a warrant in La Porte County! In a panic we ended up calling Howes and Howes to figure out where it came from and how to take care of it all while living out of state! They gave me a complete consultation on the phone, including a VERY reasonable price. My husbands warrant was recalled within 7 days and the case (from 15 years ago!) DISMISSED about 1 week later! They were fast, reliable, affordable, personable and got the job done! We didn’t even have to leave our home in Chicago to take care of something that crept up out of no where from 15 years ago!
