I hired Justin and he was not helpful and uninterested. I was especially dissatisfied and disappointed when he charged me for 6.5 hours of his time for a virtual mediation when he wasn’t present for it, nor prepared for it. Instead, he was at home caring for his sick son who continued to interrupt our virtual mediation because he was unwell. Justin even walked away to prepare lunch for him. At one point, the power went out and I was still billed for time he was unavailable. I didn’t understand why I was charged for his time when he was preoccupied otherwise. In addition to his lack of presence during mediation, Justin had to be prompted several times to check his emails as opposing counsel was awaiting his response. I was charged for his time reading my emails asking him to check his emails.

I was always able to reach him when I needed to speak with him and he did a great job of keeping me updated regarding the case. Justin and his team was amazing. They were always available. They kept great communication with me. They were also mindful of my time and how much money was being spent. They always responded quickly and helped walk me through the process. I cannot say enough about the care and support his team gave me. he made sure I was complete prepared for my defense. When we met with the other lawyer I had all my information and ducks in row. They would ask for something and I was prepared with the correct information. It made things so easy and the other lawyer and my ex had nothing to stand on because I had evidence to support everything they were saying was not accurate.
