This law firm is pretty scummy, I’m pretty sure the good reviews were bought. My mom and I have been waiting for almost a year and nothing has been resolved, I was told there are a lot of cases and yes, I understand but we haven’t gotten any updates. They finally returned our call and all that was said was that they couldn’t find my mom’s medical file. Hospital bills have gone to collections in the time that we’ve been waiting to hear back. We scheduled a phone call but they canceled it without informing us. If we ever hear from them I will update this review.

I would not recommend this firm for anyone who has speedy deadlines. The big name and advertisement is a front for another “dime a dozen” attorney. Don’t believe the hype.

I am very disappointed on how this law firm handled my fathers case. They dropped the case without letting us know. They dropped the case because they said they will not profit from it. Literally made us wait for 6 months and did not say anything until I called them. My case manager was Martha Diaz who was very hard to contact to. You have to leave multiple messages before you could finally talk to her. It is a blessing in disguise because right now we are very happy with Daniel Kim Law firm. They work very hard to get the justice my father deserved. I will never recommend my friends or family to hire this law firm.

So far worst experience with Wilshire law firm I do NOT recommend this firm to no one I don’t even know what’s going on they don’t keep me updated or return my calls for weeks sometimes even months ridiculous!!! Also there’s a video of my accident I myself had to go talk to the person who saved it for me because the firm somehow couldn’t get a hold of the video from the person but I did. Would give zero stars if I could, customer service skills are not up to par at all. I’m convinced the 5star ratings on here are fake. They gave me advice with medical decisions saying it would be a bigger payout failing to mention it’s just a bigger pay out for them. They do not return phone calls or reply to emails in a timely fashion. Receptionist are little to no help at times and have the nerve to be rude like we’re calling a personal telephone line. I was in an accident 12-23-20 and went through all the medical procedures for a whole year for them to take 11,000 and give me 4, while medical bills are 15000. Basically lead me to shots and long medical trips for their personal gain. Manipulation at its best !
