We used Kaiko’s services when we were purchasing a house. His assistants were very professional and very responsive!!! We locked our interest rate for 30 days only!!! And Kaiko really pushed the title search company for the report and the survey. He was also doing his best to try to get answers from the seller’s attorney for us!!! We closed the transaction in 35 days! On the closing day, Kaiko explained every document and all the numbers to us in a very clear and organized way! Therefore, it only took us about 70 minutes to finish everything! If you are a fast-paced person, Kaiko is really a very efficient person to work with! We are satisfied with all the services offered by Kaiko and his team!!! Mei, Francis, and Angel were also very helpful!!!

We used Kaiko Chan for our coop purchase. He was referred to us by a family member. Our contract was printed on scratch paper. I’m all for saving trees, but still… And the office was very disheveled. Our closing was delayed either because of the seller’s lawyer or ours – someone forgot to follow up on a key piece! Anyways, heard another story from a friend about how he’s not quite thorough so let’s just leave it at that.

The office is very cooperative to all queries. Word of reference from my relatives led me to Mr. Chan’s office. They are punctual and proactive (which you need be too) and most importantly affordable rates. All the staff have helped me tremendously in one way or another. Email correspondences from Ms. Mei have given me a good piece of mind and Mr. Chan has been a great lawyer and teacher.

Horrible for Realestate purchases !!!!!!!! Near impossible to get in contact with . The seller had major outstanding water bill and Mr. Chan did not take care of that situation as he said he did. Now 2 years later DEP sends me a $1,500 water bill that i have to pay even though it was under the sellers name. The 2nd issue was that the sellers breech the contract so i was suppose to collect another $1,200 which mr.chan brushed off as nothing and took no action. My advice to to find a better attorney!!
