Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy appointment was with Perez Father, not with his sons. I was not even 5 minutes in the office. You could tell that he didn’t care about the questions I asked him, which by the way was only two because he didn’t even let me finish talking. He stood up from the his chair indicating that we had already finished. $ 100 was stolen from me. I do not recommend this place. In that place they only care about money and not informing and helping people. The problem here was not the answer given. The problem was he did not give me information, I paid $ 100 for three minutes and left without knowing what to do. I was barely able to sit in the chair when I was already standing up. Critical: ProfessionalismPaid $100 in January for a Consultation. They told me to wait until after August to start the process. I called back again in September and they said I gotta pay for the consultation again because they don’t keep records for more than 6months. I called back again in September and they said I gotta pay for the consultation again because they don’t keep records for more than 6months. Mind you I am trying to start a $1000+ process and give them my business but paying twice to have the same consultation because they didn’t kept a record is not fair.
