Critical: Quality
I saw Matthew Kolken in 2014 for a free initial consultation. I was under threat of being deported due to my employer’s improper actions. I repeatedly told Mr. Kolken that I was on a J-1 visa waiver, but the advice he gave was as if he thought I was merely on an H1 visa. It was as if he did not understand the J-1 visa program.
