They made a rule up saying they have to see a “pre settlement disclosure” if you selling a house and have a outstanding debt on their portfolio before you can negotiate paying it off. its also a racist lady named Madison handling collections, she got upset at me for trying to clarify the situation and didnt return calls

Pretty much told we will see you in court. This place is so crooked, you think you have support under covid19 relief through the card company only to be ⛵ sailed down river to a firm how wants nothing to do with settlement and only wants to put a judgment against you. Very dishonorable practice here. True hope none of them claim to support veterans, because you have one here trying to do the right thing and gets blown off like a peasant. I paid off my husband’s debt and they still proceeded with a garnishment. They didn’t notify the court that the obligation was fulfilled. Worst experience ever!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!
