This company was collecting money from a court order originally I receive money the sixth or seventh day of the month and every month it came later and later now they’re a month and a half behind on payments. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau not gonna go to Franklin County in file a complaint and see what my options are. This is ridiculous obviously is what they’re doing is sitting on money and drawing interest off it I would not ever do business with this company again is anybody else having issues with this company should file with the Better Business Bureau but more important go down to Franklin county and file in the system. More often not there are many remedies To solve situations like this.

There are a lot of negative reviews here, I hope I can be a clarifying voice in that, I have been dealing with a debt for 7 months now with this office, a student balance, if your school does end up forwarding your balance make sure to check with your school to check where they forward your standing balances. This office is not a scam, and I am guessing by the nature of it being a debt collection agency and an attorneys office it gets a bad rap, but the individual I’ve been working with has been great, you can choose your payment amounts and work out something that you can handle as you move through life.

I keep receiving automated phone calls, have received no written paperwork, and have never had a call from an actual person. There are many reviews from others describing fraudulent activity. I do not know how to proceed in the situation and am riddled with anxiety over the constant automated messages.

I am confused on the other reviews, I haven’t had any issue’s with this company. They were willing to work with me on past student loan debt. It is now officially paid off, because they reached out to the proper people for me to ask if I could settle. They were respectful and professional!

If you got a call from this company saying your student loans have defaulted and demanding repayment. STOP. Report them to the Ohio Attorney General’s office. It’s a scam. I contacted my loan provider and my account is in perfect standing.

Scam, they will talk down on you call you a liar. They said they sent me numerous letters in the mail and they won’t send anymore because I’ll lie and say I didn’t get them. When they called they had my name and birthday wrong and expected me to pay them a lot of money over the phone after giving me false information about myself. Would call me 3-5 times an hour I ended up needing to block them because my phone would constantly ring at work. Now they are trying to take my tax refund saying I owe student loans. I have never taken a student loan out in my life.

This law office has several departments in differing areas. It’s unfortunate that debt collecting is one of the departments, because the personal injury department is phenomenal! Don’t overlook this firm for your needs if you’ve been the unfortunate victim in an auto accident based on a separate department’s reviews.
