HORRIBLE LAWYER! She was assigned to my case, provided her with very detailed information and she would act like she had no clue what was going on with the case every single time we had an appearance. She kept telling me the judge would not grant that told me the judge favors the father and I would not be granted the terms I was looking for. Told me it was in my best interest to settle the case which is of course in her best interest because its another case off her desk.After I insisted I would like a trial so I can speak to the judge she tells me she is not the lawyer to get what I want out of the case and another lawyer could do a better job.Honestly never had a court case but she is a sad excuse for a lawyer. Does not advocate for her clients nor does she even care about the cases she is assigned.Never heard from her aside from literally 15 mins before an appearance and that would be it, she would not return emails or phone calls.If you are assigned this lawyer immediately ask for new representation

There are horrible people in every field. The Medical field, Law Enforcement, whichever. Maria Joy Frank is one the horrible people in the Law field. Maria Joy Frank embodies the reason for much more checks and balances in the Law field. She breaks every single regulation exerted on Lawyers in New York State every single day. When business people cook the books, it is a nonviolent crime because money is a figurative item. However, when Maria Joy Frank practices malfeasonous Law, Maria Joy Frank violently hurts people. Like a streetgang, Maria Joy Frank is a product of her environment. Andrew Cuomo gave her the green light to destroy people. To disregard their human rights.
